Industrial washer MK300/MK500 is a universal machine to clean baskets and other products. Products go through the washing tunnel on conveyor belts. First, they are cleaned in a washing section and then automatically rinsed in the rinsing section.
The washer is entirely made of stainless steel. The steering unit is waterproof according to IP65.

The washers have washing speed regulations and the nozzles have the sprinkling regulation which allows the dirtiest containers to be cleaned.
Its compact casing provides separate sections responsible for the subsequent stages of containers washing. In this way it assures effective cleaning.
The first section cleans using water with a washing liquid in a closed circuit with a dirt filter, the other section rinses the containers with running water, which provides the maximum of hygiene and cleanness.
The washers are easy to use and user-friendly, they do not require any experience and allow any worker to use them.
We produce washers with the maximum capacity of 300 baskets per hour type MK300 and 500 baskets per hour, type MK500.
